Shipping Policy

At HR Trailer Service LLC, we are committed to delivering your trailer parts and equipment accurately and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day
- You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once shipped
2. Shipping Destinations
- We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii
- International shipping available — contact us for a quote
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for large or heavy items
3. Delivery Estimates

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen method. Free shipping promotions will be displayed on product pages or in your cart.
5. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Track your shipment on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carrier).
6. Freight Shipments
Large items (trailer beds, gooseneck trailers, heavy equipment) may ship via freight. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please inspect all items before signing — if damage is visible, note it and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors, contact the carrier to file a claim, then contact us within 7 days at sales@hrtrailerservicellc.com.
