At HR Trailer Service LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all parts and documentation
  • Item must not have been modified, cut, drilled, welded, or altered
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed, used, or modified items
  • Custom-fabricated or made-to-order products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Electrical components once installed or tested
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@hrtrailerservicellc.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.

5. How to Return

  1. Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  2. We will provide return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship the item securely with the RMA number on the outside of the box
  4. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of our receiving the item

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

7. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

8. Cancellations
