When Payment Is Due

For custom-built, modified, or large freight orders, a deposit may be required to begin production, with the balance due prior to shipment or pickup. Any deposit terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL and processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. HR Trailer Service LLC does not store your full card details on our servers.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If we are unable to verify or process a payment, we will contact you before your order is fulfilled.
