Description
The 40ft High Cube ‘Open Side’ (Full Side Opening) New Container is offered as a high-cube shipping container, designed to keep tools and stock dry and out of sight.
It is a 40-footer. Recorded condition: New.
Ventilation is worth a thought for anything stored long term. A couple of vents and a bit of airflow prevent the condensation that spoils stored goods.
A one-trip unit has made a single loaded voyage and is effectively new. Used units cost considerably less and are perfectly serviceable for storage, but will show cosmetic wear and may have been repaired.
Avoid siting directly under trees where practical. Falling debris and constant shade both work against a structure left outside.
Steel storage units have become the default answer to site storage for good reason. They arrive complete, need no foundation, resist weather and theft, and can be moved again when the work moves.
Think about the whole working life rather than the immediate need. These outlast the projects they were bought for, and usually the vehicles that delivered them.
Touch up any coating damage when it happens rather than later. Surface protection is what keeps steel structures serviceable for decades.
Delivery access is the constraint that catches people out. Tilt-bed and crane delivery each need different clearances, and it is worth measuring the approach before ordering rather than on the day.
For seasonal operations it earns its keep by being available. Load it up at the end of the season, lock it and walk away.
If you want to talk it through first, call (520) 203-9093. We would rather spend ten minutes making sure it is the right unit than have you take delivery of the wrong one.
